There is something truly sacred about watching a boy grow up through my camera lens. I have had the absolute joy of photographing this beautiful mom and her son since he was a tiny, sleeping newborn. Over the years, we have documented almost every single chapter of his life—from the festive chaos of Christmas mini sessions at just 9 weeks old to the joyful milestones of his yearly birthday portraits, and all the quiet, candid 'in-between' moments that make up real life.

When you work with a child from day one, something magical happens during your photo sessions. He doesn't see a stranger holding a massive, scary black camera—he just sees a familiar friend who is there to play, laugh, and have fun. Because we have built that trust year after year, he can be entirely himself in front of my lens. That comfort level is exactly how we capture those genuine, unforced smiles and the deep.
